Julia serves as Jury Member for the V Carles Santos Awards de la Música Valenciana (Valencia, Spain)
After a largely successful La Traviata debut with Kolozsvári Magyar Opera, Julia is immediately reinvited to Cluj-Napoca's opera theatre for season 23/24'.
Batega, which follows the project and personal stories on members of the Jove Orquestra de la Generalitat Valenciana, is premiered on Valencian TV. In the documentary, Julia shares her experience as the assistant conductor of the orchestra. Check the trailer here!
Julia is announced as one of the Award Recipients of the Taki Alsop Conducting Fellowship 22/24. She has been chosen between 140 candidates from all around the world. As an awardee, she will receive mentoring from TACF international conductors, including Maestra Marin Alsop.
Julia is awarded with the 2nd Prize at the Blue Danube/Béla Bartók Opera Conducting Competition, after conducting Don Giovanni, Carmen, Pagliacci and Bluebeard's Castle with Stara Zagora State Opera. Chosen between more than 60 candidates, she is praised by the jury and orchestra for her passionate interpretations of the works and her ability to create a powerful musical atmosphere.
